Nurturing Growth Through Play-Based Learning

Our approach helps to meet each child where they are developmentally while encouraging growth through structured, engaging, and play-based learning. We recognize that every neurodivergent child brings unique strengths, interests, and challenges.

Individualized Programs
We reject one-size-fits-all therapy models. Our programs are fully individualized, focusing on each child’s abilities and goals.

Minimally Intrusive
We thoughtfully design programs allowing children to explore, learn, and develop autonomy at their own pace.

Data-Driven Insights
Our BCBAs use data-driven insights to design and continuously refine treatment plans for optimal progress.

Expert Care Team

Expert ABA Professionals Supporting Your Child

Each child’s ABA therapy program is overseen by a BCBA and implemented by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who work directly with your child during therapy sessions.

All ABA professionals are credentialed through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and receive ongoing training to ensure high-quality, ethical care.

Full-Day Programs Available
For toddlers and pre-kindergarten-aged children, ABA therapy may be delivered as a full-day program, helping prepare children for school readiness.

The Child ABA Therapy Journey

Every ABA journey begins with a comprehensive evaluation conducted by a BCBA, leading to a customized treatment plan designed to improve communication, independence, and overall quality of life.

1

Comprehensive Evaluation

The clinician observes behavior patterns, identifies strengths, and discusses family priorities and long-term goals.

2

Customized Treatment Plan

The BCBA develops a personalized ABA treatment plan designed to improve communication, independence, and quality of life.

3

Ongoing Progress Monitoring

RBTs collaborate with families while progress is measured continuously and goals are adjusted for developmental growth.

Note: To access an ABA therapy plan, a formal autism diagnosis is required.

Skills Developed Through Child ABA Therapy

Our comprehensive ABA therapy programs help children develop essential skills across multiple developmental areas.

Coping and Emotional Regulation Skills

ABA therapy helps children develop strategies for managing emotions, improving impulse control, and understanding cause-and-effect relationships related to behavior.

Daily Living Skills

Children learn essential self-care routines, including:

  • Toileting
  • Brushing teeth and washing face
  • Bathing and dressing
  • Establishing healthy daily habits

Gross and Fine Motor Skills

ABA therapy incorporates activities that strengthen coordination and muscle control, such as:

  • Playing with putty, clay, or slime
  • Watering plants with squeeze bottles
  • Opening and closing containers
  • Building with blocks
  • Sorting coins or marbles
  • Cutting shapes with scissors

Reading and Writing Skills

ABA therapy for children supports academic readiness through activities, such as:

  • Scribbling and coloring exercises
  • Tracing shapes, letters, and numbers
  • Practicing early handwriting skills

Social and Communication Skills

Our programs help children improve communication by practicing:

  • Pretend and imaginative play
  • Sharing toys and taking turns
  • Expressing preferences, emotions, and interests

Visual and Perceptual Skills

  • Puzzle activities
  • Object matching and sorting
  • Memory-based games
  • Visual search games
  • Identifying similarities and differences in objects

Positive Reinforcement in Child ABA Therapy

Positive reinforcement is a foundational principle of ABA therapy. When children demonstrate positive behaviors and receive meaningful rewards, those behaviors are more likely to be repeated.

Rewards are personalized and may include:

Verbal praise

Books or toys

Screen time or games

Access to favorite activities, foods, or outdoor play

Over time, children learn to replace challenging behaviors with functional skills that support long-term success.
